Administrative Assistant
Steffen McCaughtry serves as an Administrative Assistant, where he focuses on supporting the advisory team while continuing to learn from the experienced professionals around him. With a strong passion for finance and wealth management, Steffen is dedicated to developing his knowledge and building the skills necessary to help clients navigate important financial decisions.
Steffen earned his degree in Finance from Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing his MBA. During his time at CMU, he was actively involved in the Business Residential College and the CMU Investment Club. These experiences helped strengthen his interest in investing, economics, and financial planning.
Outside of work, Steffen enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with family and friends. In the warmer months, he enjoys traveling and camping around the country, while winter often finds him snowboarding. He also maintains a strong commitment to personal fitness and continuous learning about finance and economics. Originally from a family rooted in Wisconsin, Steffen has an older sister, a younger brother, and two beloved golden doodles named Frankie and Hatty.
