Jessica Powell serves as Chief Operations Officer and Senior Paraplanner at AQuest Wealth & Tax Strategies, where she specializes in administratively supporting financial and tax planning services, and improving company processes to deliver exceptional client service. Since beginning her career in 2017, Jessica has combined her expertise in both accounting and finance to support clients in achieving their financial goals while also advancing the firm’s operational excellence.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Oakland University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Her journey into the financial services industry began while working as an assistant to a financial advisor during college—a role that quickly sparked her passion for the profession. Inspired, she expanded her studies, pursued her CFP® designation, and has since dedicated herself to ongoing professional education in specialized planning areas.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys baking bread and sweet treats, working out, golfing, crafting, and spending time with her husband, Zach, and their English bulldog, Daisy. She loves to travel and counts Hawaii as her favorite destination. When closer to home, Jessica can often be found enjoying a caramel macchiato or grabbing her favorite Firecracker Wrap at Chop.
