BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER
With more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nicole Parsons serves as Brand Operations Manager at AQuest Wealth & Tax Strategies. In her role, she acts as a vital liaison between clients and advisors, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, preparing and processing client paperwork, and supporting long-term relationship management. Nicole values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while ensuring their experience with AQuest is smooth and professional.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Aquinas College and a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University. She also maintains ongoing education in Life and Health Insurance. Her career has been shaped by her ability to blend strong operational expertise with a passion for helping clients feel cared for and connected.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys kayaking, fishing, yoga, traveling, vegetable gardening, and exploring her new home in Alaska. Over the past decade, she has studied yoga across the globe—including India, Cuba, and Costa Rica—earning multiple certifications along the way. She currently lives in interior Alaska with her husband, their daughters, and their adventurous cat, Finnegan.
